As a courtesy, our office is happy to file claims with any insurance company on the patient’s behalf.  However, since benefits vary between insurance companies, we can only estimate coverage and can not guarantee payment by the carrier.   It is the patient’s responsibility to pay the estimated co-payment at the time services are rendered.  Any remaining balance not paid by the insurance company will be the patient’s responsibility.  We encourage our patients to become familiar with their insurance benefits and our office staff is always more than willing to answer any questions.
